Browser Configuration
We use a standard web method for user identification which writes a
"cookie" to your PC that the browser sends back with each web
page request you make.
It could be that you are using a different PC or browser, which means
the "cookie" is not present.
To reset it, go to our
registration
page, and click on the text "fast find".
Enter you email address and click "submit" button.
This finds your entry and writes the cookie to your PC and browser.
Let us know if you have problems.
If no tracking details are being displayed or you continue to be
prompted to register after you have done so, you must check to see if
your browser has been enabled to accept cookies.
